A introductory offer: 60 minute traditional Japanese therapy using finger pressure to release tension and improve energy flow. 1 introductory session per customer.

Hi I’m Mari. As a multidisciplinary therapist who holds many certifications –I combine remedial therapies with traditional Japanese-inspired treatments. I offer a range of services and tailored massage treatments to alleviate chronic pain, improve mobility, and promote relaxation.
Today was my first Shiatsu massage & aromatherapy session with Mari,who delivered a sensitive, thorough, and focused approach, which was both calming and relaxing, whilst my muscles received some much needed relief. Thank you Mari & I look forward to my next session ~Barbara~

I attended Mari Balance Centre I highly recommend Aroma oils and Shitatsu massage, I was so relaxed on completion it was wonderful experience, Mari listened to my issues , explained what she was doing as she went along always checking the pressure she was using was the right one, on completion Mari showed me 3 exercises to do to help my issues, I found Mari to be very professional and understanding, definitely will be back.

Ms Mari demonstrated remarkable skill, awareness, and intuition — applying firm, precise pressure and stretches exactly as my body required. She was especially mindful of my Rheumatoid Arthritis, ensuring that each movement addressed stiffness and tension while supporting flexibility and comfort. The aromatherapy enhanced the overall sense of well-being and balance.
